Fear Releasing in Early Pregnancy
A free printable worksheet for calming anxious thoughts and creating space for trust
The early weeks of pregnancy can hold so many feelings at once: excitement, disbelief, hope and a great deal of uncertainty.
This gentle three-page worksheet has been created to help you pause, acknowledge the fears that are rising and soften their hold. Through simple prompts, affirmations and visualisation, you’ll be guided to notice your worries, release what you cannot control and transform anxious thoughts into calmer, more supportive words.
Inside, you’ll find:
a simple five-step fear-releasing practice
space to write down the worries on your mind
examples for transforming fears into affirmations
a calming visualisation exercise
gentle reminders to return to throughout pregnancy
Fear releasing is not about forcing yourself to feel positive or pretending that worries do not exist. It is about lightening the emotional load, finding steadier ground and making a little more room for peace.
Download, print and return to it whenever anxiety begins to feel loud.

A little note from me
Early pregnancy can feel strangely suspended. So much may be happening inside your body, while from the outside everything still looks much the same. It can be difficult to trust what you cannot yet see or feel.
I created this worksheet to give those worries somewhere to go. Not to dismiss them, or replace them with forced positivity, but to help you meet them gently and loosen their grip.
Take your time with it. Scribble, cross things out, cry if you need to, and return to it whenever your mind begins racing ahead. You do not need to have everything figured out today.
Today, you are here. Today, you can breathe. And for now, that is enough.
With warmth,
Lizzie x
