These terms are here simply to make sure we both know what to expect. If anything isn't clear, please ask. I'd always much rather have a conversation.

Website Use

All content on this website, including illustrations, text, photographs, downloads and designs, remains the intellectual property of Lizzie Watson unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Booking

Bookings are confirmed once a booking form (where applicable) has been completed and any agreed deposit has been received.

Payment

Payment plans are available for many services.

Full payment details will always be agreed before support begins.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel a booking, please let me know as soon as possible.

Deposits may be non-refundable where work has already commenced or dates have been reserved.

Specific cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking.

Birth Support

Birth is unpredictable by nature.

While every effort will be made to provide continuous support, circumstances beyond my control (such as illness or extreme emergency) may occasionally require alternative arrangements.

Where appropriate, every effort will be made to provide suitable backup support.

Information

The support I provide is educational and emotional in nature.

I do not provide medical advice or replace the care of your midwife, obstetrician or other healthcare professionals.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are supplied for personal use only.

Once downloaded, they cannot usually be refunded.

Downloads may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed without permission.

Studio Products

Every illustration is created and packaged with care.

Because colours can vary between screens and printers, slight variations may occur.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within seven days of delivery.

Commissions

Commission work begins once the brief and payment schedule have been agreed.

Copyright remains with Lizzie Watson unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All illustrations, writing, downloads, branding and website content remain the copyright of Lizzie Watson.

Please don't reproduce, copy or commercially use any content without permission.

Every effort is made to ensure information on this website is accurate and up to date.

However, content may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate information and high-quality services, Lizzie Watson cannot accept responsibility for indirect losses arising from the use of this website, downloads or services, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
